What’s Happening at the Milwaukee Art Museum: September 6-September 11

This is it! The final days of the Summer of CHINA. These extraordinary exhibitions of Chinese art and culture, including The Emperor’s Private Paradise: Treasures from the Forbidden City closes on Sunday. This really is your last chance to see these never-before-seen objects.

Need more? On Thursday, September 8, the Museum opens its tribute to the Quadracci Pavilion and Burke Brise Soleil, celebrating its ten-year anniversary. Building a Masterpiece: Santiago Calatrava and the Milwaukee Art Museum is a look back at how the Museum project developed, with models, drawings, watercolors, and photographs submitted by YOU! That’s right – this is your chance to show your stuff at the Museum and enter to win a digital camera.

Now you have two reasons to get to the Museum this week – and no excuses not to!
